At Outlook Coaching and Recovery our mission is to be a guiding light of hope, healing, and transformation for individuals facing substance use disorder and mental health challenges. Our name and ethos are inspired by the poem "Outlook," written by a devoted grandfather for his granddaughter. From its profound simplicity, we have established our foundational principles, which empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves, or “tao,” while permitting their authentic essence, known as “theo,” to shine.
With compassion and through evidence-based scientifically proven practices, we strive to help our clients reclaim their lives. We provide the tools and guidance to overcome the underlying root causes of addiction, mental health issues and general trauma, fostering resilience on their path to lasting recovery. Our integrated health approach aims to create a supportive community, inspiring positive change not only in our clients but also in their families and the world around them.
