Well-being and behavioral health are shaped by modifying our reactions to emotional triggers. By pinpointing and enhancing awareness of these triggers, we can collaboratively cultivate a variety of coping strategies for the individual in recovery. We are here here where your mind or traits can be enhanced to get back to the true you. We utilize , community involvement, and many tools and techniques to address the stressors in your personal life.
Transportation/Sober Transport - Transport/Sober Transportation – Includes
transportation to and from all support meetings (AA, IOP, PHP, etc.)
Integrative Health Coaching – Initial general health assessment. Client goals are focused on key areas of recovery: sobriety, family/relationships, finances, nutrition, spirituality, fitness, social life, education/career, and hobbies/passions. We break down goals for each category into attainable steps. We empower clients to take ownership of their goals, then hold them accountable to follow through. At the start of each week, we work with clients to create structured schedules and set both short- and long-term goals.
Case Management – Mandatory check-ins with patient psychiatrists and medical doctors to maintain recovery status of client. Aftercare goal setting as well as a once-a-month family therapy session.
Phone Coaching – An effective way to provide sober support, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability to individuals unable to commit to in-person sessions.
Curated Coaching Services – We will work with clients to find a combination of any or all of our services to fit their individual needs for a nominal fee.

The frequency of contact varies - some clients call 10 times a day, others just do the nightly check-in. The priority is providing customized support based on each client's needs.
